Best Luxury Retirement Living Finalist – The Queenslea Claremont
The National Retirement Living Awards celebrate high achievement across all parts of Australia’s retirement living sector. The awards contain nine categories, recognising people and companies doing great work to ensure seniors across the country enjoy a high quality standard of living during their retirement.
We are so proud to announce that Oryx’s very own retirement community at The Queenslea Claremont has been nominated as a finalist for ‘Best Luxury Retirement Living’ Development – which is a new category for the 2023 National Retirement Living Awards.
This award is for new luxury retirement village developments that have been completed in the previous five years, have been operating for at least one year, and align with the Property Council’s Best Practice Principles for Seniors Community Design.
Oryx’s retirement village at The Queenslea is part of a vibrant multi-generational precinct that is one of the first initiatives of its kind in Australia. Awarded Platinum Design Certification by Liveable Housing Australia, the apartments have been constructed to ensure normality, dignity and quality of life are prioritised.
The Queenslea is a finalist for this award amongst some of the best retirement living communities across Australia, who have achieved luxury standards through design and finish, experience, uniqueness, personalisation and excellence.
“Seniors can extend their independent living arrangements in our Retirement Living Apartments and need never move again, even if their care needs change.”
Oryx Managing Director, Toby Browne-Cooper
The awards night will be held at The Star on the Gold Coast on Thursday 22 June.
