At The Queenslea you will have access to a range of personal care and support services. Including an on-site Allied Health Centre and co-located Residential Aged Care Home offering health and support services to over 100 residents. A dedicated, in-house team are available to offer the support you need.
With the support of our team, you should never have to move again!
A range of services and benefits are included as part of your monthly service fee including the cleaning, gardening and upkeep of all common spaces and facilities. There is also a wide variety of additional support available on a fee-for-service basis, so that you can tailor our services to match your lifestyle. Many of these support services may be provided to eligible residents as part of a home care package funded by the Commonwealth Government; we can assist you to navigate through the home care system to ensure you receive the best services as you need them.
Manager and assistance
Our Retirement Apartments General Manager is based on-site to manage the village operations and to provide an ongoing service to you. We will facilitate social programs, greet family and friends and be available to assist you Monday to Friday.
Our manager will be on hand to assist with your grocery, pharmacy and general shopping needs*.
We offer a range of services to ensure you can maximise your independence in your own home at The Queenslea Retirement Apartments. Personal care services are made available through your choice of external home care provider.
We can guide you to access services and assist with domestic chores, including cleaning and laundry tasks as you require them.
Eligible residents that have a home care package funded by the Commonwealth Government may be able to use their package to fund some care services.
The Queenslea Retirement Apartments offer a range of catering and dining options for residents. Breakfast, lunch and dinners are available each day*.
Residents have access to our on-site gymnasium and wellness centre at The Queenslea (subject to prior assessment by our team). In addition, residents can sign up for one of our tailored wellness programmes* designed to assist in post surgery recovery and management of pain and health issues.
