If you have driven down Gugeri Street in Claremont recently you may have noticed the significant progress Multiplex has made to our new home, The Queenslea. With the finished build planned for early 2021 it won’t be long before we are opening our doors. We must say, after years of dedicated planning and development we are thrilled to see this project come to life and excited to share some of our latest drone shots to give you a taste of what’s to come.

Not only a luxurious residential aged care home, offering the highest standards of personalised care (as residents experience at The Richardson West Perth), The Queenslea will also comprise fully serviced apartments for seniors wanting to enjoy their active lifestyles in a safe, low maintenance setting, and an Early Learning Centre for more than 100 children on-site. This considered design will create a vibrant community, fostering connections between seniors and children, ensuring our residents enjoy the highest quality of living.
