Multiplex is nearing the topping out of intergenerational seniors’ precinct, The Queenslea by Oryx Communities, in Claremont. Located on the corner of Shenton and Graylands Roads, and within LandCorp’s Claremont on the Park redevelopment, the precinct is close to the Claremont Quarter shopping centre, Lake Claremont parkland and cafes, Claremont train station and sporting facilities including Claremont Football Club’s wonderful facilities, Claremont Aquatic Centre and Claremont Lawn Tennis Club.

We are pleased to have the global power of Multiplex on board, to continue procurement and construction as the world adapts to a new era. Internal fit-out is well underway, now that concrete pouring is nearing completion.

The Queenslea comprises a Residential Aged Care Facility, fully Serviced Apartments for seniors, and Intergenerational Early Learning Centre for more than 100 children. The Queenslea will truly be a very safe place to live in comfort, with dignity and independence.
