Celebrating the Start of December at Our Oryx Communities

The festive season has officially begun at our Oryx Communities, and it’s been a wonderful start to December! Across our homes, The Queenslea, The Melvista, and The Richardson, residents have embraced the holiday spirit with joy, laughter, and plenty of creativity.

One of the highlights has been decorating Christmas trees at each of our communities. Residents came together to design and adorn their trees, sharing memories, stories, and a lot of festive cheer along the way. It was heartwarming to see everyone’s personalities reflected in their decorations, making each tree truly unique.

At The Melvista, the festive fun continued with an exciting outing to Kidz Galore to enjoy a magical Christmas performance. Residents were thrilled by the music, dancing, and storytelling, and the trip was a wonderful opportunity to connect with the community and soak up the holiday atmosphere.

These activities are a reminder of the joy and togetherness that the holiday season brings. Whether through crafting, decorating, or attending performances, our Lifestyle teams ensure there’s always something to spark happiness and connection for our residents.
