For Aged Care Employee Day, Oryx Communities took the opportunity to celebrate and recognise the wonderful people who contribute to our communities across The Richardson, The Melvista and The Queenslea.

Celebrating Our Dedicated Employees

Each home hosted a special celebration to recognise employees who have been part of the Oryx Communities team for one year or more.

It was an opportunity to pause and acknowledge the commitment, compassion and hard work our employees bring to their roles every day.

From providing personalised care and supporting resident wellbeing to creating meaningful experiences, sharing a conversation or simply being there when someone needs a friendly face, our employees play an important role in creating a sense of home within each community.

As part of the celebrations, each home also announced its Employee of the Year — recognising individuals who have made an outstanding contribution to their community.
